The HT Group is seeking a professional, Degreed Administrative Assistants with 3-5 years' experience supporting executives or managers. We are looking for candidates that are sharp, polished, and comfortable working in a very professional corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
Ideally you will have 3-5 years' experience providing executive level support
Perform diversified administrative functions and related administrative services
Compose correspondence, memorandums, and documents
Prepare reports, as requested, using Excel and spreadsheet programs and all MS Office applications including PowerPoint
Experience coordinating and managing calendars and meetings
Heavy Coordination of Corporate travel arrangements and planning events
Screen incoming calls
Prepare expense reports
Handle requests for personal assistance
Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is
REQUIRED
3-5 years of work experience supporting executive level management
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Detail oriented
Organized
Able to work well in a team environment
Self-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
STRONG in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
