We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and well-educated Financial Analyst to join a growing organization based in Austin, TX. Candidates MUST possess AT LEAST three years of accounting or finance experience and be skilled using Excel. This person must be able to prepare and analyze financial plans, forecasts and reports.

Responsibilities
Track expenses and revenues, budget and reforecast; analyze fluctuations with actual results
Increase productivity by developing automated applications, eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements
Coordinate with management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed
Accomplish finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Manage multiple projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
Minimum of 3 years experience in reporting and financial analysis
Accounting/GAAP knowledge
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
Excellent Communication skills; ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong initiative; ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical
Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
