years' experience in a Customer Service/Call Center position, we want to talk with you!
South Austin:
Customer Care Representative
Customer service/support over the phone and in person for new and existing customers
Maintain customer accounts, issues work requests and helps resolve customer issues.
Process payments for service, prepare deposits and reconcile a cash drawer.
North Austin/Round Rock/Cedar Park:
Real Estate/ Mortgage industry experience
Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac
Vendor Management
Construction/Subcontractors/Bids and Contracts Experience
Property Management
Customer Service
Claims/Warranties
Qualified candidates will be tested on Software skills (Word, Excel, and Typing.) Must pass a background and drug screen in order to be considered.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
