Requirements
Typing 40 WPM
High School Diploma (AA or BA degree preferred)
Strong Word, Excel, Data Entry and Outlook experience
Customer service experience (1-2 years)
Real Estate Industry Experience
Mortgage and Foreclosure Experience
Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac
Vendor Management
Construction/Subcontractors/Bids and Contracts Experience
Working Inspectors and City for permits
Property Management
Quality Control
