You will be responsible for vendor accounting, coordination of entering, coding, and processing invoices, reconciliation of reports, and assisting with paperless document management. In this position you will also be sitting up front where you will answer phones and greet guests when they come in. This is a contract to hire opportunity. They offer paid parking and once you go perm they offer 100% paid benefits.
