Full Time Front Desk Assistant

Keith Kristofer Salon and Spa needs a smiling, friendly fashionista that likes people and thrives in a busy setting.

com You will work at our front desk, welcoming and cashing out clients, answering the phone and scheduling appointments for hair, skincare and makeup services.
You must dress presentably and have your look together every day.
Tattoos and edgy looks are fine, but you need to have a sense of style, because you will be the first impression of our business.
You also need to be good on the phone and be easy going (as in patient).
We would like someone that is neat and has organized work habits.
The ability to make lists, prioritize and cross things off is a plus.
Getting things done without forgetting is important for this position.
People with hospitality, retail or other face to face customer service experience are typically a good fit with this position.
You will have a key to the business, so if a criminal background check would be a problem for you, you should not apply.
You will come in around noon (except for Saturday) and close the salon.
Hours are as follows:
Tue:
12 noon -- 8 pm Wed:
12 noon -- 7 pm Thu:
12 noon -- 8 pm Fri:
11 am -- 7 pm Sat:
9 am -- 6 pm Other requirements are:
You will need to learn our scheduling software You will restock product shelves and dust retail shelving There will be light housekeeping duties daily (making coffee, emptying trash before closing, etc.
) Compensation:
$12.
00/hour with opportunity for pay increases after 180 days.
