Job Description Duties:
Process applications, renewals and cancellations for agent licenses.
Follows up with State and/or agencies for problem resolution.
Answers questions from agents regarding licensing policies and procedures.
Inputs data to computerized system.
Requirements Skills:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred Prefer someone with Insurance Claims or Healthcare enrollment experience or with Strong Customer Service and Data Entry Skills.
