We are looking for a locomotive Site General Manager with heavy railway or commuter railroad experience. Plan, develop and implement organization policies and goals. Confer with functional managers and review activities, operation, and take necessary actions to initiate required changes in programs or operations to meet key performance indicators. Ensure customer needs and expectations are addressed in a timely and effic
ient manner. Discuss inspection and repair violations with federal and public representatives to resolve concerns, such as time of repair, repair cost, and methods of preventing future violations. Undertake projects, prepare reports and perform other duties as directed by the Board of Directors. 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility of senior management experience including 5 years at a Department Head Level managing the 3 Operating Disciplines, combined with at least 5 years of experience in Passenger service 1. 10
