INF0005025 Oracle Siebel CRM Developer The Oracle Siebel CRM Developer will be responsible for designing and developing sales, marketing and call center applications using General Motor's enterprise suite of CRM tools.
Development activities will include design and configuration of Siebel CRM Automotive solutions.
Experience with Siebel 8.
x is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include feasibility reviews of the development efforts for new requirements, develop solutions following Siebel best practices and perform thorough unit testing.
The Oracle Siebel CRM Developer will obtain a thorough understanding of the infrastructure and configuration of existing environments, working to utilize GM's enterprise licenses to innovate in sales, marketing and service.
The Oracle Siebel Applications Developer is responsible for developing software applications using sound, repeatable, industry best practices and in accordance with GMs software development project methodology and the creation of CRM solutions with the use of the Oracle suite of tools in addition to any of GM's enterprise licensed software products.
The Developer must follow the GM software development lifecycle and translate user requirements into technical specifications, design and develop proof of concepts, execute development according to specifications, and create and maintain technical application documentation.

Strong familiarity with the CRM market space :
