Be the interface between the customer and ObejctRocket Sales, Support, and Product teams :
Advocate for the customer representing their current needs :
Understand the customers process, business models, and use cases :

Communicate regularly with the customer and about the customer through status reports, feedback, and regular business reviews :
Lead customer engagements for troubleshooting issues or proactively addresses customer needs :
Drive open issues to closure through direct contribution and regular follow up :
Onboard customers to the product through:

Planning migrations :
Managing expectations and milestones :
Ensuring a smooth transition :
Author and update internal and external documentation :
Contribute to Best Practices across the teams :
Be available 24x7 for customer engagements :
Maintain knowledge of the current ObjectRocket product line Qualifications :
Passion for technology :
Experience with modern software development methodologies :
Strong technical background, with previous experience in Linux system administration and/or software development and technical architecture :
Strong project management skills :
Experience with Enterprise Sales processes :
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities :
Good communication with C:
Level customers :
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other technical degre Source:
