Our client is looking for an IT Director who can ensure our client's offices across the broad and comprehensive experience, customer servicing skills, and knowledge to maintain high uptime requirements as well as drive user adoption of the available through Salesforce.

development items - Manage direct reports as part of a larger team Experience and Education - Minimum:
bachelors degree - Must have service desk / relationship management experience - Must have experience with operation workflows, either checklists or online workflows solutions in Salesforce (Salesforce development experience not required) Skills/Knowledge - Problem solver, takes responsibility, demonstrates personal integrity, honesty - A self:
starter with a strong sense of ownership, positive professional attitude and demeanor - Must be able to exercise judgment, tact and diplomacy on behalf of executive when dealing with other executives and levels of management - Excellent customer service and oral and written communication skills - Professional and articulate with strong attention to detail - Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently, with minimal supervision, and to see projects through to conclusion - Excellent time management and strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and anticipate potential problems - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Core Competencies - Able to complete tasks independently on a timely basis- Takes ownership of tasks assigned, and proactively address issues on demand - High level of professional integrity Source:
