Job Description:
Essential Functions:
Monitors all clinical records and programming to assure they are current.
Ensures that clinical records contain comprehensive information needed for Utilization Review Specialist(s) to communicate with managed care companies for authorization of treatment.
Coordinates with the financial representative to ensure that all clients are current with their payment/co:
payments.
Ensure compliance with all Department of State Health Services, Joint Commission and TRS policies and procedures.
Additional
Responsibilities:
Hires, trains and develops assigned staff.
Partners with Human Resources to maintain consistency as it relates to employee relations policy.
Conducts annual performance evaluations for staff, including goal setting and counseling where appropriate.
Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with staff to communicate issues regarding procedures, processes and overall effectiveness.
Assists with Community Relations as needed.
Works closely with other program coordinators and staff to maintain synergy throughout the departments in the facility, region and company.
Performs other duties as assigned Maintains comprehensive clinical documentation that meets or exceeds Department of State Health Services, Joint Commission and TRS standards.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Masters degree required.
EMDR:
Trauma Specialist One year of direct clinical care experience LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure REQUIRED Experience with a 12 step program preferred Source:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
