INF0008339 About the General Motors North America Dealer Reporting and Sales Intelligence team:
The NA GMIT Dealer Reporting and Sales Intelligence team is responsible for leading GM global and GM North America sales reporting activities.
The team's mission is fourfold; :
Sales Planning:
forecast, build and allocate the right volume/mix to meet revenue and market targets :
Sales Performance:
measure and publish vehicle production counts, sales deliveries, and market share consistently throughout GM :
Sales Intelligence:
convert data into actionable information for GM executives, field management and dealerships About the role:
Specific job responsibilities include:

Accountability for managing the business relationship and authoring of requirements as part of system development process for projects led :
Develops business process models, business requirements/user stories (functional and non:
functional) and product backlog for projects led :
Works with the business community to ensure comprehensive user acceptance testing/training plans are developed/executed and application is successfully transitioned into production for projects led :
Serves as the liaison between the business community and the GMIT Architecture, Development and Application Operations teams through which requirements flow for projects led :
Investigates and learns business issues and data challenges :
Supports IT Strategy Development This position will lead requirements elicitation and documentation for one or more projects (medium to large) Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications:

College degree(s) with a major in business or technology :
3
years of business analysis experience on software development projects :
5
years of experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project development methodologies :
Prior experience tracing requirements to test cases (Functional and UAT) :
Prior experience using an enterprise requirements management tool set :
Strong oral and written communication Preferred
Qualifications:

IT Industry certifications preferred (ex.
CBAP, PMP, etc.
) :
