Oracle OCH/UCM Architect:
INF0005128 Oracle OCH/UCM Architect The Oracle Customer Hub / Universal Customer Master Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining master data solutions using General Motor's enterprise suite of tools.
Development activities will include design and configuration of Siebel UCM solutions.
Experience with Siebel UCM 8.
x is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include feasibility reviews of the development efforts for new requirements, develop solutions following Siebel best practices and perform thorough unit testing.
The Oracle Customer Hub / Universal Customer Master Architect is responsible for developing software applications using sound, repeatable, industry best practices and in accordance with GMs software development project methodology and the creation of CRM solutions with the use of the Oracle suite of tools in addition to any of GM's enterprise licensed software products.
The Developer must follow the GM software development lifecycle and translate user requirements into technical specifications, design and develop proof of concepts, execute development according to specifications, and create and maintain technical application documentation.

Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, related discipline or equivalent experience :

7 years of demonstrated expertise in Siebel/Siebel UCM (UCM 8.
2 preferred, certification preferred but not required) :
Advanced level proficiency in Siebel Configuration (Business Components, Integration Objects, Views, Applets, etc.
) and eScript (Business Services) :
Expert level of understanding of Siebel Universal Customer Master including integration objects, workflows, business services, server parameters, and processes :
Expertise in the underlying Siebel (PARTY) data model :
Expertise in Siebel EAI (http/s web services, XML, etc.
), EIM and Workflow :
Experience with PL/SQL and performance tuning :
Experience with creating and maintaining Survivorship Rules :
Strong familiarity with the MDM market space :
Strong experience with Data Quality Management and Metadata Management tools :
Translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications including design documents and unit test plans.

Utilize development skills to build and unit test new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and documented unit test results.

Assist with application support documentation (release notes, build instructions) as required by the application support teams for acceptance of changes into production.

Assist with troubleshooting, triaging and resolving issues discovered during QAT/UAT (testing phases).

Facilitate/lead reviews (walkthroughs) of technical specifications and program code with other members of the technical team, communicating design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to team and development lead.
