Software Application Support Analyst

The Role:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application and/or technical customer issues associated with Jeeves ERP software.
Respond to customer calls professionally and insure all issues are handled in a timely manner.
Interact with customers in performing complex testing, support and troubleshooting technical functions remotely.
Managing support issues throughout lifecycle and ensuring customers are kept well informed of progress.
Experience/Skills Required:
Experience with software testing preferred.
Experience with ERP systems preferred.
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, with both technical and non-technical users.
Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
