Responsible for building strong member relations through telephone based member services.
Process telephone-based account transactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year call center experience.
At least 6 months experience in the banking, credit union or financial servicesindustry.
Preferred experience with servicing accounts, teller transactions and/or a phone service center.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
