Job Description:
- Manage a portfolio of commission advance receivables.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while managing your portfolio of accounts.
- Utilize company tools in order to reduce the number of past due accounts.
- Resolve customer disputes.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of Accounts Receivable / Collections experience - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Excellent computer skills including the ability to learn computer software - Must be detail oriented and have strong analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Knowledge of real estate, escrow, title or mortgage industries not required.
Compensation is $15/hour
