Material Handler
Tolteq Group, LLC - Cedar Park, TX About the Job Scope of Responsibility The Materials Handler will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, executing transactions within the SyteLine ERP system, and assist in other areas of the Materials Management Team where needed.
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with repairs, manufacturing, and inspection personnel Prepare and participate in physical inventory when needed Monitor and control inventory integrity Document and control aged and damaged product Ensure all materials are labeled Coordinate and integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy Perform shipping and receive duties Record data as required for all receipts and shipments
Qualifications:
High School Education or GED and 2+ years experience in shipping/ receiving and inventory control ERP/ MRP experience required (SyteLine a plus) Ability to follow documented procedures and standards Experience with FEDEX online software is desirable Ability to interpret packing slips, enter correct information into computer systems, and acknowledge receipt of the goods Extremely detail oriented with numbers and data entry Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion Highly motivated, organized, and a self-starter To Apply:
