The General Manager is responsible for superior quality of operations and ensuring that each guest has an outstanding experience.
This includes leadership to the Restaurant Assistant Manager with emphasis on ensuring that all team members are guest-driven, team-focused, and community-connected.
Bess Bistro has spent the last year intensely refining the look and feel of the restaurant, refining the food and cocktails- focusing on fresh, local and seasonal.
We are looking for someone eager and motivated to take charge.
Someone to lead the staff in this new exciting direction of a finer dining experience in the beautiful historic Stratford Arms building.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
