Primary Job
Responsibilities:
Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
Serve alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards.
Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner.
Maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information.
Constantly increase knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.
Complete side work during non-busy hours.
Report to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.
Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.
Ensure that guests a have a positive and memorable experience at the Restaurant.
Watch for safety hazards and report them immediately to your Department Supervisor.
Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements include:
High school graduate or equivalent Must be able to maintain proper certificates or Training to serve Alcohol.
2 years similar experience in a similar environment.
Organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to give and receive information clearly.
Detail oriented as it pertains to accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Must be available to work PM shifts only, Thursday-Saturday and additional days if needed to include holidays.
Must be able to be on their feet for long periods of time.
Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, carry and position of at least 25 lbs.
These abilities are required for an entire shift.
