com We are looking for a skilled production technician to serve on our staff team and effectively support all aspects of AVL and production for live events/ministry - Sunday services, large events, the ongoing ministry for our church, community, and more.
This person will have opportunities to grow and develop their skill set (advanced training available) while also engaging, training, and leading volunteer teams (Eph 4 model of ministry)
Summary:
This person will work closely with the Worship and Production Teams in collaboration with creative, technical, and other ministries to ensure worship services, special events, and ongoing ministry is supported by AVL/Production so people can connect with God and experience His love in a distraction-free environment that leverages technology appropriately.
