Job Summary/Overview:
Samsung is looking for an experienced HRBP professional to provide consultation to leaders and employees.
This critical role will design, enhance and drive HR programs and solutions, be a change agent and influencer.
Assist the organization in moving towards innovative ways of thinking on leading talent.
Specific Job Duties:
This role will be supporting several functions to assist with the following.
Partner with the business leaders to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives to align to HR programs and solutions.
Assess the organization's capability to deliver on business strategies, and translate business needs into HR strategies.
Proactively create, recommend, and implement a talent strategy plan to support business goals.
Align our most important asset (our people) with organizational objectives and direction.
Analyze key trends HR metrics, identify areas of opportunity, and develop related reports, talent analytics and action plans.
Advise and collaborate with leaders on a variety of talent strategies, provide business insights through org and talent analytics, and drive key change and talent initiatives.
Provide HR consultation, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
Drive organizational design and development, leadership coaching, succession planning, manage headcount, team building that support change and growth amongst some.
This is both a hands-on as well as a strategic role expected to collaborate and influence all levels of the organization.

Provide HR consultation to business leaders and employees on a variety of complex HR components.
Ensure operational excellence to broad based initiatives including talent reviews, workforce planning, talent analytics and overall process improvements.
In partnership with the COE's, execute and communicate HR initiatives/programs including goals, engagement surveys, succession planning, talent calibration discussions, employee development identification, etc.
Know how designated businesses functions work; knowledgeable in current practices, trends, and information affecting the business and organization.
Effectively drive leadership development, management/employee coaching, and performance management.
Conduct complex internal investigations and performance management.
Provide training for employees and managers on HR topics.
As needed, implement corporate training initiatives.
Facilitate training sessions.
Champion change management initiatives and serve as a role model for change in the organization.
Collaborate with other members of HR to leverage expertise, systems, and processes in support of business needs.
Create project plans and lead critical projects for the business and HR.
Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.
Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Partner with legal department as needed.
Build strong relationships with management and serve as a thought partner and support employees.

Onsite Skills and
Qualifications:
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools Minimum of 5-7 years as an HRBP/HR experience.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial or Labor Relations or other related field.
PHR, PHR, SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of local and federal employment law (including FMLA, ADA, etc.
).
Strong consultative, problem-solving, critical/analytical thinking abilities.
Self-starter with high emotional intelligence.
Takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and makes continuous improvement recommendations.
Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational analysis and development, talent management, staffing, employee relations, benefits.
