Facilities Maintenance Technician

Position PurposeThis position is responsible for all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance of the campuses including upkeep and appearance of buildings, general troubleshooting and repairs, and completing service requests.
Work hours:
Mon - Fri during hours set forth and approved by your supervisor, and on occasion may require work on weekends or after hours.
This position reports to the Facilities Manager, and is considered a non-exempt position.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a GED certificate.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience performing maintenance in commercial or institutional setting.
Ability to perform physical labor generally associated with general maintenance.
Must be able to climb ladders and lift fifty (50) pounds or more.
Must possess valid driver's license and insured automobile; ability to work at any location and attend scheduled training.
Must possess basic tools to perform basic maintenance tasks.
Will require travel using a personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursed by the company where appropriate.
Must pass all criminal history background checks, physical exam, and TB Test.
Recommended Skills Maintenance Patient Assessment Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
