In this position, you will regularly interface with all levels of management while vetting out top talent to join our Austin electrical team.

Responsibilities:
oMaintain a safe working environment for all employees in division oConfirm that all employees and subcontractors are TDLR qualified oEnsure all roughs and trims are going out on time and being quality walked oQuality walk / punch items are being completed oBe able to project (2-4) weeks of jobs and be staffed appropriately oWork with estimating/warehouse/Account Management to ensure jobs are pulled accurately oWork with purchasing to help determine warehouse max/min oBuild and maintain customer relationships oMentor employees oMust possess a positive attitude and be a team player Job Requirements :

years residential supervisor experience oAbility to manage 2-8 supervisors and 5-10 subcontractors oStrong understanding of National Electrical Code and Municipality requirements oWillingness to learn our Low Voltage business as welloAbility to recruit service techs and subcontractors oWillingness to perform physical demands of position when necessary oAbility to schedule numerous crews and train required NEC and necessary quality of work oBasic MS Office knowledge Must have Residential Journeyman license or betterCompensation:
$95,000.
00 - $110,000.
