About the Role:
The Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst will analyze operational lead indicators to help predict future performance and to advise the CFO on financial strategy.
This may involve working with senior management and across functions to ensure the accuracy and quality of the operational model and data.
The Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst will report to the CFO.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Analyze the Business Develop deep knowledge of businesses, including key levers driving performance and market conditions.
Support and assist with the preparation of Forecast and annual Budget financial plans.
Support ad-hoc management reporting and continuous improvements and standardization initiatives.
Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
Reporting Assist with the monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reporting cycles to our external partners.
Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
Work cross functionally to ensure accurate reporting on all financial metrics and KPIs.
Models Creates financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.
Design and develop financial models and reports to improve the forecasting and reporting processes and special projects.
Assist with Cash Management & Portfolio Management reporting and modeling.
Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.
Data Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
Develop proficiency in Tableau and NetSuite as reporting tools.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or computer programmer analyst or related field Professional finance or accounting designation preferred (CA, CMA, CFA or CPA) 5
years' experience in accounting and finance positions 2
years' experience in a similar role / position preferred Experience with Tableau, NetSuite SQL reports are an advantage Experience working in non-profits is an advantage.
Experience working with government contracts and/or grants is an advantage.
Experience working in Financial Services is an advantage.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
