Our microservices handle hundreds of millions of requests per day, upon which a platform for real-time behavioral marketing is built to drive performance in cross-device advertising.
We heavily utilize open-source technology and in-house solutions to meet the low latency demands of rapid response advertising.
As a Senior Data Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall quality of humongous volumes of data processes at MNTN.
You will be utilizing expertise in SQL to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data to customers and understand how technical decisions can impact their business's analytics and reporting.
You'll be proficient in at least one scripting/programming language to handle large volume data processing.
You will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fun, fast-paced dynamic team environment.
You are expected to have industry-leading technical abilities that enable you to significantly improve data integrity & data quality.
Our engineers are also responsible for driving our software development process toward quality-centric methodologies and for reporting on progress, metrics, issues and risks.

Help establish the long-term success strategy for managing data lakes, ETL pipelines and data pipeline architectures Develop relationships with internal and external partner teams to enrich our accuracy and integrity of data.

You have:

years of experience with SQL, Postgres, Big Data 5
Experience in data modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing Basic scripting knowledge, control structures and algorithms The willingness to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is occurring and ambiguity is the norm.
Good communication & interpersonal skills Experience with AWS technologies such as Redshift, RDS, EMR, etc.
Experience of Python scripting (or other platform-agnostic language) Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities.
