The Role Objective Ensure all violations are resolved quickly and that any required registration is completed by the deadline(s) Role & Responsibilities Acting as liaison between HOAs and the Owner/Residents, including Resident access and any violations Processing Rental/Vacant Property Registrations with the appropriate jurisdiction(s), including coordinating any required inspections Overseeing an Eviction Specialist(s) to ensure timely resolutions between Residents and local Jurisdictions.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
