Automation and Collaboration Products Manager, End User Device Engineering
This role has responsibility for the engineering and enhance the current collaboration workplace solutions and communication platforms for the stores.
The manager is accountable for lead the design, certification and implementation of advancements to solutions and platforms to support the World Wide Grocery Tech, vulnerability remediation, and to deliver functional needs to meet business requirements.
The qualified individual will stay current with technology trends and innovations.
Maintain highly secured environment and meet all the Policies and Standards and externally applicable controls.
Provide continuous improvement in the operational processes by introducing more innovation and automation.
Responsible for the development of Digital Workplace Solutions for the stores and corporate workers, define the Collaboration Platforms strategic roadmaps to improve the delivery of solutions and automation to meet business needs and ensure service advancements for Voice, Audio, E-mail, Messaging and Mobility.
Responsible to design and maintain MDM, ProofPoint platforms and other internal tools to guarantee the data privacy.
Define and drive processes, frameworks, controls, and metrics to enable operational excellence, continuous improvements, and effective platform roadmap delivery.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
