This is a classic utility player position with many roles that place you at the center of a high growth technology company.
Responsibilities People Processes Compliance & Legal (Offer letters, award letters, Employee Handbook, etc.
working with corporate counsel, as required) Benefits Management (Selection, administration, and questions) Onboarding (Background checks, documents, and equipment) Training Performance Management Compensation Management Business Operations Logistics Support (Travel, meeting coordination, shipping, company retreat planning, etc.
) Real Estate Management (Site selection, management, and procurement) Expense Management Business Insurance (Analysis, selection, and renewal) Records Management (DocuSign initiation, organizing, and pruning) Acquisition Integration Requirements Minimum 2-4 years working in a jack/jill-of-all-trades capacity with team members you did not manage directly Experience working on traditional human resource activities, even if you do not consider yourself an HR practitioner Bonus if the experience is in an early stage technology company The ideal candidate will also possess the following skill sets:
