They will be instrumental in identifying and overseeing projects that align with strategic goals, managing financial activities, and ensuring operational efficiency.
This is a part-time, remote position requiring 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize overall business processes to enhance operational performance.
Identify and prioritize projects that align with company strategy and drive operational excellence.
Oversee monthly finances, develop financial plans, and establish annual budgets.
Process and track invoices, payroll, and monthly billing for accuracy and timeliness.
Design and document hiring and onboarding standard operating procedures to ensure a smooth process for new employees.
Lead hiring efforts to attract top talent and build a high-performing team.
Administer company-wide benefits to support employee well-being and retention.
Manage the outsourcing and onboarding of new vendors in HR, payroll, IT, and finance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

years experience in operations management, with a proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with above average Excel skills.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, financial planning, and analysis.
Experience designing and implementing standard operating procedures.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
A true enjoyment of collaboration with team members and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
