We're now hiring an office administer to be the face of our clinic to clients Part Time OR Full Time INCLUDING Saturdays.

Responsibilities for Office Admin AssociateGreeting each and every guest with a smileAnswer any questions patients and customers have and make recommendations for therapies based on symptoms or areas of desired improvementSchedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective utilization of examining and treatment roomsRegister customers and process paymentsRespond to email appointment requestsMaintain waiting room and front desk area in neat and orderly conditionConfirm daily appointments with customers by phoneOrganizing and maintaining optimal workflow for patients and spreadsheet managementAble to engage and excite people about their wellness and healthOther duties as assignedMore important than any of the above responsibilities is the ability to create a warm professional atmosphere by delivering the highest quality customer service.
Qualifications and education requirements:
Excellent customer service skillsAmazing interpersonal abilitiesTop-of-the-line organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks at onceAmazing time management skillsIncredibly detail orientedPreferred skills:
