Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our vibrant team.
This role requires a highly personable and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You will be the face of our clinic, responsible for front desk operations as well as medical assistant duties.
The ideal candidate will be adept at scheduling, managing patient flow, and maintaining records using Zenoti or similar software.
Your bubbly personality and exceptional organizational skills will make you a central figure in ensuring our clinic operates smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk duties, including scheduling and greeting patients.
Perform clinical tasks Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Enhance patient experience with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Utilize Zenoti software for various administrative functions.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a holistic or wellness-focused setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Zenoti or similar healthcare management software is preferred.
Must be passionate about healthcare and have a personable, outgoing personality.
Salary:
$17-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
Hours:
Shifts between 10 AM to 7 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM; some Saturdays may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
