Qualifications and Requirements:
A genuine passion and love for children.
A strong desire to foster creativity, exploration, and decision-making among the children.
Willingness to actively participate in and support all classroom activities.
Proven experience in maintaining an organized, clean, and orderly classroom environment during and after activities.
An energetic, positive, responsible, flexible, punctual, respectful, and professional attitude in all situations.
The ability to create and maintain a well-organized, clean, engaging, and interactive classroom.
A drive to lead and manage a team with compassion and enthusiasm.
Previous experience in licensed childcare is highly desirable.
A clean Criminal Background Check.
A strong passion for Early Childhood Education.
A natural affinity for the outdoors, and a willingness to embrace the messy joys of working with kids.
The physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Convenient access to commute to South Central Austin or Dripping Springs.
Experience with STEAM, Waldorf, Reggio, or Montessori methodologies is a valuable plus.
Interests in Gardening, Nature, Dancing, and Yoga are also considered advantageous.
