POSITION SUMMARYThe Manager/Senior Manager, Corporate Finance, will play a pivotal role in leading and executing various financial projects across our service lines.
This individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership and engage directly with clients to provide strategic financial insights, drive deal execution, and deliver tailored solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport:
o Provide support for budget/FP&A o Provide liquidity/13-week cash flow forecast supportDeal Execution:
Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, private equity investments, and restructuring projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation assessments, financial modeling, and scenario analysis, to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
Due Diligence:
Conduct rigorous due diligence assessments, identifying key risks and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to support investment decisions and transaction negotiations.
Strategic Advisory:
Collaborate cross functionally to develop and refine strategic plans, assess market opportunities, and evaluate potential growth initiatives, leveraging insights from financial analysis and industry expertise.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on project execution, technical skills development, and professional growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to drive alignment and ensure seamless project execution.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments, conducting research and analysis to inform client strategies and decision-making processes.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESProven track record of successfully executing complex financial transactions and projects, with a strong understanding of deal structuring, financial analysis, and valuation methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Financial Modeling, quantitative analysis, and scenario planning, or a demonstrated progressive leadership role in the finance department of a private equity owned business.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders, and effectively convey complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading project teams, managing client relationships, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work products and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs.
CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications/licenses are a plus.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 - 10 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking/Private Equity, Big 4 Management Consulting (with focus on M&A Due Diligence, financial modeling, or Strategy), Turnaround and Restructuring, or related fields.
Experience using Power BI and MS Access.
Experience with financial consolidation software a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
