Responsibilities include accurate project estimation, bid preparation, budget management, client collaboration, supplier coordination, and on-site installation oversight. The ideal candidate has proven experience, strong knowledge of commercial flooring materials, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Accurate commercial flooring project estimation.
- Detailed bid and proposal preparation.
- Comprehensive project management (budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination).
- Client collaboration to understand project requirements.
- Supplier selection and negotiation for optimal pricing and timely material delivery.
- On-site installation oversight for quality and timelines.
- Continuous communication with clients, teams, and stakeholders for updates and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial flooring estimation and project management.
- Strong knowledge of commercial flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry trends.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in commercial flooring estimation and project management.
