Responsibilities
Work with Practice Support Group (PSG) team members and legal teams to determine needs, recommend strategies and implement technology solutions for information gathering, document and information management and trial presentation.
Responsible for streamlining operations, increasing efficiency and providing administrative, technical and operational support to the firms attorneys, paralegals, PSG Project Managers and other support staff.
Participate in the management of multiple electronic discovery projects simultaneously, including developing, testing and implementing litigation databases.
Provide technical support to Practice Support Project Managers, case teams and legal staff in multiple office locations using multiple litigation support tools, including but not limited to: Relativity, Summation, OLAW, CaseMap, and TextMap.

Requirements
Must have advanced knowledge of the litigation process, all phases of the E-Discovery Reference Model, and the use of technology to support litigation and e-discovery efforts.
Proficient with various software and other web-hosted litigation support applications; high level of Summation, LiveNote, CaseSoft products, Adobe, MS Office Suite, and experience with imanage software (LAW) and trial presentation (Sanction).
Must possess strong teamwork and organizational skills; exceptional communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all firm personnel at varying levels of technical ability.
Excellent written, verbal, listening and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
Must be able to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and see projects through completion in a timely manner and to meet deadlines.
Think critically throughout the e-discovery process and proactively identify potential problems and impending potential issues.
Job requires flexibility with hours and work during non-traditional business hours when case deadlines demand and occasional travel to other office locations.
Must score at least 35 wpm on the firms clerical typing test with an error rate of less than 2%, and a 70% or higher on the firms clerical spelling test.
Bachelor?s degree preferred; two years litigation support requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
