Position Description PAR Technology is seeking a qualified Talent Manager, Early Career Development Programs who will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the undergrad/MBA development program and manages full-cycle recruiting for campus hires from select colleges and universities. Our goal is to build our brand presence on key campuses and identify early career top talent that will build our bench strength across the organization. This person will also need to be able to drive a campus recruitment strategy with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum of 3
years of campus recruiting & development program experience. Proven track record leading a progressive campus recruiting effort. Knowledge and expertise of academic institutions and curriculums. Proven track record influencing business leaders on how to identify opportunities in their organizations for early career talent. Collaborative and relationship driven with demonstrated creativity. Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a very fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills, organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication. Able to multitask and bring projects through to completion with minimal supervision. Strong project management, creative problem-solving skills and ability to act independently. Team player with flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles as well as confidence to manage interactions and expectations at all levels of the organization. WHY WE NEED YOU Design and manage the undergrad/MBA development program at PAR. Partner/influence our business leaders on how to provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback along with quality and valuable work projects. Develop and maintain the training and development strategy for program hires. Define and drive the campus recruitment strategy. Sourcing, pipelining and recruiting talent to fill undergrad/MBA development program requisitions with a special focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. Use our applicant tracking system (Jobvite) and all related recruiting tools. Drive and communicate recruiting calendar and plan, school policies, deadlines (i.e. application, interviews), event details and logistics. Attend events that promote PAR to candidates at key universities. Track and measure key metrics and criteria for selected universities (i.e. spend, yield, participation) that help inform overall campus recruiting strategy. Keep internal stakeholders informed of the market trends that may impact recruitment strategies and help influence stakeholders to ensure organization competitive positioning. Develop creative ways to increase PAR's brand presence on campus. Manage and facilitate interviews and Super Day experience. Enlist support from critical business partners to participate in the recruiting and interviewing process. Promote relationships with key university faculty at a select set of schools.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & Training, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
