Project Manager - Acquisitions at SiteOne Landscape Supply in Remote
Position Overview Serves as lead project manager overseeing projects to transition acquired companies from legacy systems to SiteOne platforms. Works closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to perform analysis including gap analysis on systems and processes as well as integrations. Reviews gap analysis with business stakeholders and works with functional teams to ensure development of requirements/solutions. Coordinates with functional leads to build and manage detailed project plans Responsible for managing post cutover issue tracking and follow up to ensure quick resolution. Acts as a liaison between legacy business ownership and SiteOne teams to ensure smooth experience. Manages Risks, Actions, Issues, Decision logs and follow up Develops and monitors key success criteria for system cutover. Manages project governance, meeting cadence, action item follow up, etc. Manages lessons learned process and ensures each project incorporates past lessons. Builds and maintains playbook for effective system cutovers Builds and maintains RACI for each project Ability to travel required. Should not exceed 25%.
