Senior Business Analyst -- EDI (Remote) at Trustmark in Remote
Position Overview:
Our IT team is growing and currently looking for a Sr Business Analyst on our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) team. As a Sr BA, you will work collaboratively with business users and IT teams to develop and promote a consistent and reliable file exchange request experience, a critical IT function at Trustmark. You will provide oversight and governance to the process and work with the business and IT to ensure consistent and accurate exchange configurations. This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and the individual can sit anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage an optimal File Exchange Request work intake process, including the enhancement of EDI audit procedures and quality control measures for continuous improvement Collaborate with IT and business teams to manage and bring visibility to our EDI File Exchange processes Work as part of the EDI team managing file request work intake, reporting on utilization trends, and driving quality improvement initiatives. Respond to inquiries relating to External Data Exchanges from external trading partners and internal departments Consult with users on current operational procedures and clarify business requirements to resolve issues Create and report on metrics for the various work items across business units Analyze historical utilization to predict future trends for resource needs Support Electronic Data Interchange processes as needed Communicate effectively (both written and verbal) and demonstrating excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Qualifications:
Strong intellectual curiosity 6
years working in an Electronic File Exchange environment; Experience working with EDI, S/FTP, ETL teams preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Working knowledge of JavaScript and/or other scripting languages strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to develop timelines and manage resources to meet team SLAs with exceptional quality deliverables Ability to thrive in a flexible work environment where many associates work from home Strong communication skills including ability to interface regularly with Senior Leadership Strong collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
