The Role:
Operating Model Product Owner Are you an expert in Operating Model design and transformation? We are looking for an experienced Operation Model practitioner to become the Product Owner of our Operating Model solution.
In this role, you'll support local markets in the rollout, adoption, sales, and delivery of operating model work.
As a thought leader in the Operating Model space, you will be responsible for innovating our offering, determining interconnections between the Operating Model and other offerings, and driving innovation and maturation of our Operating Model product.
What You'll Do:
Supporting local markets in the rollout, adoption, sales, and delivery of Operating Model work Be a thought leader in the Operating Model space, innovating our offering based on Slalom and client needs, competitive positioning, and academic and industry thinking Determine interconnections between the Operating Model offering and other offerings, including business architecture, organization strategy, etc.
What You'll Bring Depth of experience in consulting and in industry, and is familiar with both technology and advisory consulting Subject matter expertise in in the Operating Model space An understanding of lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and Scrum is useful Ability to manage teams, large programs/projects, and stakeholder relationships across multiple engagements A positive attitude and humility -- both extremely important to our team and for the work we do About Slalom Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company.

Compensation and Benefits Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
In Colorado, the base salary pay range for this position is $140,000 to $258,000.
The targeted base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $250,000.
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
