You'll Get To Use the Leadership, Management & Accountability framework for the Employment Services team.
This will result in knowledgeable and engaged staff members who can identify and assist clients in removing barriers to self-sufficiency and employment.
Engage and cultivate relationships with potential employers through network and outreach efforts to grow our partnerships.
Monitor services to ensure all Employment Services clients receive the necessary services and support.
You will also ensure that staff is given the tools, training, supervision, and resources to facilitate clients' early self-sufficiency.
Coordinate workflow and workload assignments.
Ensure workshops are scheduled based on referrals, locations, language groups, and program needs.
Ensure that case managers provide the soft skills to find and retain employment.
develop, monitor, and evaluate all program work plans, outputs, and outcomes to ensure met goals.
Monitor program revenues and control program expenditures to ensure accountability and operation within the established budget.
Monitor case files for the necessary documentation to ensure compliance with funder requirements and agency quality assurance standards.
maintain a reduced client caseload if needed.
Effectively communicate with your team, peers, supervisor, and TXOR leadership.
Are you the next Program Manager? Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Bilingual skills in a common client language (Spanish) are preferred.
Experience working with refugees is strongly preferred.
Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver's license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.
Eagerness to help clients towards self-sufficiency.
Strategic thinker who can align behind a compelling mission and set of goals.
Compensation and Benefits Full-Time position with a salary range of $57,000-$67,000, based on skills and experience.
