Using Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence, PureCode's first-of-its-kind developer tool instantly turns software design images into fully functional ReactJS.
With our engineering office in Hyderabad, India PureCode Software recently raised $2 million USD from a top-tier Silicon Valley venture capitalist.
PureCode's computer vision, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing researchers work alongside our software engineers to design and build our proprietary developer tool while working to identify restraints to current no-code/low-code technologies.
Our code generator takes a web design (PDF, Figma file, Sketch file, etc.
) and instantly generates dynamic, human-readable HTML, CSS, and React JS.
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to work on our sales team and lead all inside sales research, prospecting and begin the sales cycle for all new potential customers.
This position is remote with 1-2 in person team meetings as needed per week and will transition to a hybrid-full in office position once the team scales large enough to be in office.
Position
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow PureCode's new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas
daily KPIs with a set number of required touches per day through various common sales methods Organize, categorize, and maintain all PureCode's customer opportunities via a CRM Create and manage drip campaigns by placing certain types of leads in certain lead funnels to nurture longer term sales opportunities as needed Report to leadership on all progress continuously.
The Ideal Candidate:

years' experience in BDR, SDR or other inside sales related work with a demonstrated record of success Possess an aptitude for creative thinking to come up with new ways to prospect leads and drive revenue Thorough experience with LinkedIn and email sales Excellent communication skills will be required to be an expert in requirements elicitation, interpretation, and presentation to all stakeholders.
Should be having the ability to mentor a larger team as the company grows and make the team adhere to policies, procedures, and practices.
