Responsibilities of this job:
- Prepare your patient's care area adequately and have the appropriate equipment and supplies needed - Ensure that the patient is adequately prepared for the procedure, including exhibiting proper technique for insertion, maintenance and removal of IV catheters and saline locks - Pre and postoperative patient education - Monitoring the patient's physical and emotional well-being - Integrating and coordinating patient care throughout the surgical care continuum, - Ability to collaborate with other health care professionals - Provide a safe and comfortable environment for your patients and their family - Ability to determine if your patient meets discharge criteria SHIFT:

Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing - Minimum of 1 years experience in PREOP/PACU or Critical Care setting -Current Texas License as a Registered Nurse - Current in BLS and ACLS required Benefit Conditions:
