Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE).
Major course work in Accounting, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Each year of experience as described below in excess of the required four years may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis.

Four years full-time, wage-earning auditing, accounting, budget preparation and analysis, data or statistical analysis, or research experience.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software programs preferred.
The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will be $4,023.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
