We are currently looking for a highly organized person to join our team as an Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will have the right attitude and mix of customer service skills, horticultural knowledge, and a desire to provide the best in quality of service.
We are looking for someone with an eagerness to learn and advance with a growing company.
What you'd be responsible for Schedule all daily work and go over schedules with Crews informing them of changes and special instructions.
Provide field oversight of all maintenance and enhancement crews.
Audit and implement corrective actions at all commercial properties.
Send Communication emails to commercial customers bi-weekly to monthly.
Emails regarding; current and upcoming services being provided, along with informational emails regarding weather, watering, pests, etc.
Fill in as needed on lawn maintenance crews, if absolutely needed Approving/Monitoring employee time - Attention to staff and detail is a MUST Work with Office Manager regarding customer billing/employee time, etc.
Hiring staff for summer and winter schedules Awareness of all jobs/schedules and planning staff/crews accordingly Responsible for ordering inventory What skills we're looking for Landscape or horticulture degree is a plus Experience in ground maintenance or landscaping Experience in management of staff Other requirements Clean DMV record.
Able to communicate in both English and Spanish.
