GSG is looking for a Training and development Specialist (eLearning developer) for a contract position expected to last until August of 2023.
This is an in-office position.
Candidates MUST be able to report to the office in Austin TX Monday through Friday 8 AM- 5 PM $37.

Job Description' Develop training materials specifically for online self-paced delivery (i.
e.
eLearning).
Works closely with the lead for the eLearning and Multimedia Development (EMD) team who will delegate projects and assignments to the team.
Assignment could include leading a project from start to finish under the project management and guidance of the team lead and/or division manager.
The LSU EMD team works on training deliverables for IT system projects, DFPS technology releases and cross program training courses.
Deliverables will include project plans, design documents, training materials, and reports.
Training materials will be published to online locations including the agencies Learning Station (MOODLE LMS), intranet, and internet following strict accessibly standards.
Position will deliver training around IT systems, agencies technology and eLearning best practices.
Position will use agencies specialty software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere, SoftChalk and MOODLE activities, along with enterprise applications (e.
g.
MS Office).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of training and development procedures and techniques; learning management and learning content management systems; group processes, group dynamics, and interpersonal relations; and instructional design and curriculum development.
Skill in oral and written communication:
instructing others:
facilitating workshops; and using a computer and applicable software.
Ability to formulate learning objectives, to develop training objectives, to evaluate the effectiveness of training, to assess training needs, to communicate effectively, and to supervise the work of others.
