Quick Apply Full-time 17 hours ago Full Job Description Business Development Manager - TxDIR We are searching for a Business Development Manager who has worked with State Governments and that has a real passion for technology and can deliver on bold revenue targets, and who is willing to be part of a company that is growing worldwide.
As we continue to grow our partnership with the State of Texas, we are looking for someone who can help us nurture the relationship and grow it.
The candidate must have a history of success in building partnerships with State Governments through account management and business development.
Preference will be given to someone local or around Austin, TX.
How you will make an impact:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Develop a deep understanding of the company's service, product portfolio.
Going to conferences, collect leads, follow ups until leads are converted into business Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Experience working on proposals, SOWs.
Working with marketing teams in running campaigns, webinars, podcasts to generate leads Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Who You Are Have working experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or a relevant role Have a proven sales track record with State Government Accounts Preferably TX DIR (ITSAC, DBITS) experience Know MS Office and CRM like Salesforce Have a deep understanding of servicing governments through staffing and service contracts Bring an ability to negotiate effectively and close a deal Can work independently and contribute to the success of the team You plan and execute to your plan, and manage your time effectively Earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field About Kastech Kastech was incorporated in 2007 with a mission to serve as a strategic partner to organizations from various industry verticals and offer cost-effective, reliable, and high-quality IT solutions and services leveraging our experienced resources and thought leadership.
