About the Role As a Product Designer on the growing Design Team at Spruce, you'll use your full set of UX/UI skills to create new and existing - customer AND internal facing product experiences across a variety of platforms.
You'll take ownership of the UX/UI process, while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ideate, research, and design easy to use products.

years experience in Product Design A stickler for consistency and UX/UI best practices Experience designing for mobile apps and web based applications Working understanding of the Agile process Confident contributor in team discussions and brainstorming Expert in Design Systems - usage, maintenance and scaling User-first mentality Understanding of current design trends and technology Undertakes user and competitor research to help inform solutions Creative problem solver who can make informed decisions quickly A history of getting things done Embodies our company values:
