This position will be responsible for organizing inventory, tracking inventory in Excel, shipping orders, corresponding with customers, and also creating social media content.
This is a part-time position with an opportunity to grow into a full-time job with benefits.
Responsibilities:
Organize inventory and ensure that all products are properly labeled, stocked and tracked in Excel Prepare and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner Correspond with customers via email and phone to answer any questions and resolve any issues that may arise Create social media content for Organic Muscle's social media platforms that is consistent with the brand's messaging and engages with our customers Assist with any other tasks related to operations and customer service as needed
Qualifications:
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Experience with Amazon & Shopify is preferred Must have a car to go to our warehouse and transport inventory Passionate about fitness, natural health, nutrition and leads a healthy active lifestyle Friendly and personable with excellent communication skills Creative, with experience in creating social media content At Organic Muscle, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality USDA organic supplements.
