Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using methodologies such as structured analysis and design or object-oriented development.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements:
Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 years Required -Development of Web Based Applications using Java/J2EE 8 Years Required -Development on IBM Platform using RAD and Websphere 8 Years Required - Development of SOAP and REST Web Services Candidates must be local to State of Texas, preferably the Austin metro area.
Out of State candidates will be screened out.
